Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Instalments are available on treatment plans over EGP 5,000. The clinic accepts cash, Visa / Mastercard, Instapay and bank transfer.
Is a booking deposit required?
Consultations are deposit-free. A refundable deposit secures procedure appointments — the clinic will tell you if one applies when it confirms your appointment. Nothing is charged online.
What if I’m nervous about dental visits?
You’re not alone, and it’s worth telling us when you book. The clinic follows a no-pain protocol: topical numbing before injections, slow-delivery anaesthesia, and a clear stop signal you control at any time.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Paediatric dentistry includes child check-ups, fluoride treatment, sealants, pulpotomy and space maintainers. Contact the clinic for pricing.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. For severe pain, swelling or a dental injury, call the clinic rather than sending an online request.
