What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form or the appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional on the appointment form), your message or notes, and the visit preferences you choose.
The website does not ask for your medical history, date of birth, identity documents or payment details, and does not accept file uploads. Please do not include detailed medical information in free-text fields.
How it is used
Your submission is sent by email to the clinic at info@dr-nadine-sameh.com so the team can reply to your message or contact you to arrange an appointment. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
The website itself does not keep a database of submissions. Messages are delivered to the clinic’s email inbox through its email provider, and are kept there for as long as the clinic needs them to respond and manage your care. To prevent duplicate submissions, the web server briefly remembers a one-way fingerprint of each submission for about 15 minutes.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this website. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask the clinic what information it holds about you from this website, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing info@dr-nadine-sameh.com. Records the clinic must keep as part of your dental care are handled under its patient-records obligations.
